" Between 2005 - 2016 we developed as main applicant 11 projects in partnership with National Agency for Civil Servants, supported by European funds. The projects aimed to pilot in Romania some European models of interventions focused on :
Institutional transparency
Citizen participation in decision-making - innovative methods (ICT)
Equal access and quality standards for public services
Indicators to measure ethics in public policy
Citizen-oriented public services
Flexible and successful management - effective response to changes and new challenges
The projects were implemented in 35 counties, Bucharest, and some of its districts and involved 220 local partners - local authorities and public institutions.
On European level we have experience as members of two European association: MIJARC Europe and as local branch of O.R.A.association.

" In all our projects targeting the public administration reform we produced researches aiming to evaluate the citizens' and civil servants' opinion.
Examples:
Study for identifying the needs of groups at risk of marginalization and social exclusion.
Raising the level of transparency and satisfactory governance of 20 institutions/public authorities from Bucharest, and Cluj County, Mehedinți County, Suceava County and Tulcea County and their
capacity to attract the citizens in the procees of making decisions in local communities using the social media networks.
