FILIA Centre has implemented diverse projects regarding gender equality and women's rights since 2000. In the last 5 years, FILIA Centre implemented projects on preventing and combating violence against Roma and non-Roma women, developing volunteering activities for promoting gender equality and non-discrimination, combating discrimination in access to labor market or in the work place, combating sexual harassment in universities and in public spaces, assuring access to reproductive heath and rights, deconstructing gender stereotypes in advertising.

FILIA published several studies and research on the gender impact on economic crisis, gender stereotypes in advertising, public policies that are gender sensitive, violence against Roma and non-Roma women.
