ALTFEM - Project for changing the image of women in society www.altfem.ro Duration: 2010-2013 The project aims to improve the perception on women and raising awareness of operators and media experts, social partners, public authorities on the issue of women and gender equality in the labor market. Objectives: Beneficiaries of the project: journalists, communication experts from advertisers and marketing departments, staff from central and local authorities in work and broadcasting staff from civil society organizations, including the social partners, the general public. Social bakery MamaPan www.mamapan.ro Duration: 2014-2015 The bakery is a social economy structure founded within the project ""S.E.S. - To evolve sustainable"" which aimed at creating new services and socio-professional integration opportunities to people in vulnerable groups, with difficulty integrating into the labor market. The project has provided free training and employment for vulnerable women in various situations. MamaPan bakery produces healthy bread with sourdough, without preservatives and additives, using only natural ingredients. Both production and distribution are located in Bucharest. Female employees are single mothers and women in difficult situations with more than 2 children who are experiencing difficulties in integrating the labor market. 7 women in this project are part of the production team, and one is involved in the distribution. Of the total production of bread, a certain percentage is distributed free of charge to vulnerable families, single parents. 4. The project aimed to lead to a better understanding of the operating practices of female workers and migrant workers in agriculture, to develop effective intervention strategies in combating the phenomenon.
